The smugglers bought on eBay spare parts for Iranian fighter aircraft.

In Britain, convicted three traffickers who tried to ship to Iran, bought on internet auction eBay spare parts for F-14 fighter aircraft, reported BBC News.
Mozen Ahavan Nick, 49 years old, and his 26-year-old son Mohammad Ahavat Nick sentenced to five and two and a half years in prison. Both of them have received political asylum in Britain after fleeing Iran in 1995. Another smuggling 43-year-old Nitish Dzhayta, sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
The smugglers have developed a scheme to bypass the supply of American arms embargo on exports to Iran of military goods. They bought the necessary details on the auction eBay, after which the goods shipped to Florida.
From there the goods are first in the UK, Hong Kong and Romania. After registration of fraudulent documents, the goods are "turned" into products for peaceful purposes, and, passing the customs authorities of the United States, went to Iran.
Bandu British customs officials discovered when it was found that oxygen cylinders are not medical equipment. The trial lasted five weeks, smugglers, experts proved that the products supplied to Iran is for F-14 fighter jets.
With regard to the embargo imposed by the United States, Iran's armed forces can maintain a position in the battle fleet of American-made aircraft with the help of smuggling.
