Somali businessmen persuaded pirates release captured ship.

   Somali pirates released on May 1, captured the Arab ship. This May 6, said AFP.
The vessel Al-Meezan, owned by companies from the United Arab Emirates, was carrying cargo for Somali businessmen. The head of the major Somali traders Ali Mohamud Siad told reporters that after five days of talks with entrepreneurs pirates ship has been released without ransom, and the implementation of any conditions.
Initially, it was reported that the vessel Al-Meezan is not Arab, and Pakistani. Later, information about owners of the vessel was verified. According to Reuters, on board the Al-Meezan are flour, sugar, used cars and other goods.
At the moment, captured by pirates remains at 17 ships, are hostage to a total of approximately 250 sailors.
