In China, there were massive student clashes with the police.

As a result of massive clashes with police students in the Chinese city of Nanjing injured 30 people, reports AFP.
Unrest among the students of City University of Aeronautics and Astronautics began May 18, after police beat several students for trading on the illicit market in front of the university. The same evening, several thousand students took to the streets, and partly blocked the traffic.
The demonstrations continued on 19 May. Protesters against police arbitrariness, students smashed a police car. On the streets there have been several clashes with the police, five people were detained.
According to agency AFP by telephone a representative of local authorities, there are no riots and demonstrations in the city there. However, the Internet has created photographs with street Nanjing, which depicted the city demonstration.
In the 20 th anniversary of the crackdown of student demonstrations in Tiananmen Square China's proactive measures to curb the possibility of students associated with that date. 13 May 2009 the Chinese authorities have charged one of the leaders of strikes at Tiananmen Square in April-June 1989, Zhou Yun Joong.
