The Embassy will be closed until the specialists do not determine whether the powder is dangerous to the health of employees. In doing so, the consular office of diplomatic representation will continue to provide emergency services to U.S. citizens.

In December 2008, unidentified provocateurs sent a letter with powder in many U.S. embassies.
