The British have become less valued friendship with the former colonies.

Only 35 per cent of the residents of Great Britain aged 18 to 34 years of regret would be if their country withdrew from the Commonwealth of Nations - the organization, which consists of mostly former British colony and dominion. These are reported at BBC News, the results of a survey conducted by YouGov for the 60 th anniversary of the Commonwealth of adult Britons.
According to the newspaper, eight percent of respondents in this age group mistakenly thought that the Commonwealth includes the U.S., and three percent named the head of the organization Barack Obama. Regret in the event of failure of the British Commonwealth will have 42 percent of all respondents.
Only 33 percent of those surveyed named the Commonwealth of importance to the country's organization. By this measure, it gave way, NATO, UN, EU and Group of Eight. According to the newspaper The Sydney Morning Herald, only 14 percent of respondents named the Commonwealth of the most important organization for the UK, while in 1969 both saw 34 percent of Britons.
In the Commonwealth of Nations is composed of 53 countries, including India, Australia and Canada. His head is the Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II. The Commonwealth does not become a political unit, its members say, only an intention to protect human rights, promote democracy and preserve peace.
