Kim Jong Il called his regime invulnerable.

Kim Jong Il called "immune" the communist regime of North Korea, reported AFP. The leader of North Korea made a statement by attending artillery exercises.
"Our socialist fortress invincible, and our revolutionary cause will gain one victory after another, once we have these weapons," - said the head of the DPRK.
North Korean Army had been brought into full combat readiness in response to the joint exercise of troops the United States and South Korea, which began on March 9 and will last until March 20. North and South Korea formally at war since 1953, but before the end of 2008 their relationship was stable. In January 2009, North Korea broke off all agreements with its southern neighbor, and in February announced its readiness for war. In particular, Pyongyang promised to begin military action if Seoul and Washington will try to prevent the North Korean launch of the telecommunications satellite, which was appointed in April.
