Lavrov signed the agreement on the abolition of visas to Argentina.

   Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the presence of the Ambassador of Argentina Leopoldo Bravo signed the Russo-Argentine agreement on visa-free regime, reports March 18, agency Interfax.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentina Jorge Taiana the document has already been authorized. The Agreement will enter into force one month after the parties have informed each other about the ratification of the document.
According to the Travel.ru, concluded between the countries of the agreement allows the Russians and Argentines without visas to stay in the territory of Argentina and Russia up to 90 days during each semester. However, foreigners should not be without a visa to carry out commercial activities or employment. In addition, States could deny entry to persons whom they deem to be the arrival of unfortunate.
The decision to abolish the visa was made in late 2008 on the basis of negotiations between the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev with President of Argentina Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
