The resignation did not save the Spanish Minister of the fine for illegal hunting.

Former Justice Minister Mariano Fernandez Bermejo Spain (Mariano Fernandez Bermejo) was found guilty of hunting deer without a license and fined 2000 euros, informs AFP. Information that Bermejo was involved in hunting deer illegally, coupled with a strike of judges, demanding change, Minister of Justice, the Spaniard was forced to resign in February 2009.
At some scandalous Bermejo went hunting with Judge Baltasar Garzón in Andalusia. The head of the local environmental agency announced that during the shooting of deer without a license Bermejo have to pay the fine on March 4. Under current laws in Andalusia, the fine for hunting without a license up to 4000 euros, while the perpetrators are usually off much smaller amounts (as obtained from the former Minister).
Mariano Fernandez Bermejo resigned from the post of head of the Ministry of Justice, Spain 23 February 2009. During their stay at the ministerial post Bermejo managed to spoil relations with the Spanish judge, who expressed dissatisfaction with working conditions.
